‘Marc-Antoine Charpentier’ rose has a vanilla yellow core surrounded by white outer petals with a moderate tea rose fragrance. The cluster-flowered bloom size is 5 – 7 cm wide in quartered, old-fashioned rounded bloom form. ‘Marc-Antoine Charpentier’ rose plant bred by Dominique Massad in France in 2000 can grow to 1 m tall and has a spreading growth habit.
Marc-Antoine Charpentier (1643-1704) was a French composer of the Baroque era.
