No, it is not necessary to create an account to place an order with us. You can purchase our items online while being a guest. However, you are encouraged to create an account with us to track your order history and also enter our ‘Top Spenders’ rewards bi-annually through purchase amount accumulation.
Rewarding our top loyal customers by accumulating their total order amount every six (6) months is probably the best way to thank them for choosing our service and trusting us. One way of doing that is extracting the value from the accumulated ‘Order History’ through their account with us. More detail will come later.
Yes, it is possible provided we can identify your past orders or give us your order number.

There is no minimum amount for delivery. The delivery rate is $18 per trip for purchase value below $300.
For Rose plant, the delivery rate is $18 for the first two pots. Subsequent pot will be charged at $6 per pot.
The option of “Free Delivery” will appear on your Cart and Checkout page when your purchase is $300 and more. “Free Delivery” is a default option automatically if the order is eligible unless you manually select “Same-Day” delivery.
We usually deliver the goods in 2 working days (exclude Sat & Sun) after the date of clearing your payment for standard delivery.
Yes. If you want us to deliver at a later date, please choose your preferred date on the calendar during the checkout process.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate your requested time as it depends on the delivery schedule on that day no matter which delivery option you choose.
If you place an order on Thursday, we will deliver it on Monday or Tuesday. For Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the delivery is on Tuesday.
No. You can order a taxi or Grab to come to our nursery to do a collection.
We do not deliver over the weekend. However, do check with us if you want it and we will check with the courier company and let you know.
Usually, we place the items outside your house if you are not at home. After which, we take photos and send over to you as proof of delivery. Kindly note that we have to charge another Standard delivery rate of $18 if we have to return.
Unfortunately no, we deliver only to a Singapore address.
With effect from 12 July 2021, no photo of the plant will be shown to customers after placing an order. You can only take the pictures shown on the website as a reference.
Plants are fast-moving items and so the colour variation may differ like those we uploaded at the point of time. Similarly, the plant height (inclusive of pot) is to give you an estimation.
That can happen from time to time. We will first offer you alternative if we have, or you can change your item to something else. If you do not want any alternative, we will gladly refund you the money immediately via Bank Transfer. You can be assured that every cent you pay as a customer is accountable for and you will get a reply back from us. Shopping with us should be a breeze and stress-free 🙂
Currently, you can only make payment via PayNow to our UEN 53260819D. C.O.D is only offered to customers who come and buy from our nursery.
After placing an order at the Checkout page, you will receive an email with the Order ID, which act as a reference transaction number. You can pay by PayNow indicating the Order ID. The email will also indicate our bank account no. and Paylah number. Please send us a screenshot of PayNow receipt after making payment via the order confirmation email.
We do not accept cash payment (C.O.D).
Yes. You will receive the invoice via email after delivery. Alternatively, you can download it from My Account if you place your order as a logged-in user.
No. We do not charge GST on all our products.
Yes, you can skip the Cart/Basket and proceed directly to checkout.
Wishlist is a page to add your favourite plants so that you do not miss them, especially when our product listings increase over time. If you come across any of the items that you like, save them in the Wishlist as many as you like.
After saving a list of your favourite products to a Wishlist, you can then select the ones to add them to your cart for placing an order. Those items not added to the cart remain on the Wishlist as long as you don’t clear your browser cookies.
A Cart list is where you are ready to check out to confirm an order. Some people save their favourite items directly on a cart and delete those they do not want from there. If you choose this method, you may have a harder time finding and recalling the names of those plants that you like.
Yes. The system will retain your information on Wishlist, Cart and Checkout pages while saving them from a login account. As a guest user (without logging into an account), the data will be stored until the next time you clear your browser cookie.
You can leave a review on the “Review” tab below the product page where you have purchased the item from us. We will appreciate and be deeply motivated if you can leave us a positive review on the products purchased from our website.
Share your wonderful experience with us. All reviews on this site will be moderated so you may not see them appear immediately after submission. You are also welcomed to leave reviews on Google My Business or share your rose photos on our Facebook Group.
