‘Dark Night’ rose has a deep velvety red shade and light yellow reverse petals. It has large flowers of 10 cm on average with remarkable sharp-edge starry-like petals with an approximate count of 27. Bred in France before 2008, it is also marketed as ‘Dark Knight’ in the United States. The ‘Dark Night’ rose plant can grow between 1.2 – 1.8 m and has almost no fragrance. The flowers are borne mostly solitary with a high-centred bloom form.
